Holiday Party Protein Balls

Mix:

  • 1 C steel cut oats
  • 2/3 C toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3/4 C all natural PB
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 scoops pure chocolate whey protein

Form into 1 inch balls and chill for 1 hour
